Face/Neck Surgery

Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) improves the appearance of the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both, and gives a rejuvenated appearance to the surrounding area of your eyes, making you look more rested and alert. Eyelid surgery can treat: loose or sagging skin that creates fold or disturbs the natural contour of the upper eyelid; excess fatty deposits that appear as puffiness in the upper eyelids; bags under the eyes; droopiness of the lower eyelid, showing white below the iris; excess skin and fine wrinkles of the lower eyelid.

Rhytidectomy (face lift) is a surgical procedure that reduces the signs of aging in the face and neck. A face lift can: improve sagging in the midface; reduce the deep creases below the lower eyelids; correct fat that has fallen or is displaced; improve muscle tone in the lower face; eliminate the appearance of a double chin.

Neck Lift corrects bands around the neck, sagging skin, and loosened neck muscles to improve appearance and create a healthier younger look. Often combined with face lift surgery, neck lifts may involve tightening of the neck muscles, liposuction, and the removal of excess skin. This procedure is usually customized based on the patient’s aesthetic needs and goals.

Otoplasty (ear pinning) surgery is performed to correct abnormally protruding ears by improving their size and shape while maintaining function. This surgery can also pin the ears back so they lay closer to the head. Candidates for this surgery are usually children age five to six years old. This is one of the most satisfying surgeries for plastic surgeons because it saves children from potential embarrassment in school and increases self-esteem.
